Exchanges and returns

Conditions for return of goods within 14 days after purchase:

According to paragraph 9 of the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights, you can return the goods within 14 days if the following conditions are met:

The product has not been in direct use
There are no damages and traces of use, fully preserved appearance of the product
The original package of the product has been preserved, including the blister, original wrapping etc.
The item is in absolutely functional condition.
If during the use of the goods defects are found, return and exchange of the goods is possible only through the Service Center of the manufacturer (see paragraph Terms of warranty service). If the product is not covered by warranty, it cannot be returned.

Please note that even a single use of the product is considered use of the product.

The procedure of return or exchange of new goods:

To exchange/return goods, you must write a letter to our address info@amarket-model.com, in which it is obligatory to specify the following data:

Full name, phone number of the buyer.
The date and number of the order.
The composition of the order (goods).
The problem - a detailed description of the breakage, defect, malfunction, incompleteness, damage, inappropriateness of the goods.
Attach several photos or video of the goods close-up with damage.
Desired action - exchange or refund. You should specify your full name and bank card number to get a refund.
After receiving the letter, the store reviews the claim within 1-3 business days.

According to the results of the claim, the store provides a detailed response to the letter with further instructions.

If the goods, according to the Law of Ukraine, are subject to exchange / return the response letter will specify the details to send the goods to the store or service center of the manufacturer.

Upon receipt of the goods store within 1-5 working days makes a refund to the buyer to the specified bank card or sends the goods.

The cost of delivery for the return of new goods within 14 days is paid by the buyer (if the product does not fit in color, size and other properties of appearance).
